At Tank’s Treasures, we work hard to bring you the best loot for your campaign. However, because our business operates on a Made-to-Order model, our return policy is strict. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.
1. All Sales Are Final
Because every item in our shop is custom-made specifically for you when you order it, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or ordering the wrong size/scent.
The following items are strictly Final Sale and non-refundable:

Candles: All collections (The Feywild Feasts, The Temple District, The Ranger’s Territory, The Halfling Hearth, The Bardic Colleges) are poured to order. We do not hold inventory; therefore, we cannot accept returns on these items.

Digital Downloads (Aly’s Crochet Patterns): Due to the nature of digital goods, all PDF patterns are non-refundable. Once the file has been sent to you, the sale is final.
2. Damaged or Defective Items ( The "Mimic Check" )
While we don't accept returns for preference, we fully stand by the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged (e.g., a smashed candle jar) or if you receive the wrong item, we will replace it free of charge.
To file a claim for a damaged item:

Inspect your loot immediately. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Take photos. We need clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in (this helps us file a claim with our carrier).

Email us. Send your order number and photos to Support@shoptankstreasures.com
Once we verify the damage, we will issue a replacement immediately. We do not offer cash refunds for damaged items, only replacements of the exact same item.
3. Order Cancellations
Our fulfillment process is automated to ensure your gear ships as fast as possible. Once an order is placed, it is automatically sent to our production partners.

We cannot cancel or modify an order once it has been placed. Please double-check your shipping address and cart contents before hitting submit.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
Tank’s Treasures is not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are missing. Please ensure you provide a secure shipping location. If your package is lost in transit (and not marked delivered), please contact us so we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
We ship to the exact address provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping. We do not issue refunds for items lost due to an incorrect address.
