📜 ▼ How fragile are the gemstone dice? (The "Glass Cannon" Rule) ▼ 📜

Gemstone dice possess powerful magic, but they can be fragile. We highly recommend rolling them on a padded dice tray, a neoprene mat, or another soft surface. Do not hurl them directly onto a hard wooden tavern table, or they may chip!

📜 ▼ Are your dice perfectly balanced? (The "Fair Roll" Inquiry) ▼ 📜

Our dice are reasonably balanced for casual tabletop campaigns, but they are not forged to strict "casino standards." Most adventurers will be completely happy with the fairness of their rolls as they slay dragons and loot dungeons.

📜 ▼ Will my dice look exactly like the scrying images (pictures)? ▼ 📜

Because gemstone and resin dice are crafted with wild magic, every single set is unique. There will be slight variations in color, pattern, and translucency compared to the product photos. However, if you are not thrilled with the treasure you receive, we happily accept returns within 30 days (see our Returns Policy).

The majority of our partner's dice are the standard tabletop size: 16mm–20mm.

📜 ▼ When will my dice be shipped out of the vault? ▼ 📜

If you order Runic Dice before 4:00 PM EST, the supplier ships them out the very same day!

For Dice: We are not taking small one-off custom dice orders at this time. If you are a guild master looking for a massive "bulk" custom dice order, please send a raven directly to Help@runicdice.com.

For Crochet: If you are looking for a custom-woven creature, our Master Weaver Aly may be taking commissions! Email us at Support@shoptankstreasures.com to discuss your build.
